Privacy policy

This policy explains what information Solyn(“we”, “us”) collects when you use solyn-two.vercel.app, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We run a small storefront for FiveM server scripts; we collect the minimum we need to sell and support them, and we do not sell personal information to anyone.

Information we collect

• Account information. When you create an account we store your email address, a display name, and a hashed credential (or, if you sign in with Discord, your Discord account ID and username).
• Order information. When you buy a script we store what you bought, the price paid, the order date, and a reference to the payment. Payments are processed by Stripe, so card numbers go directly to Stripe and never touch our servers. Stripe shares with us only what we need, such as the payment status and the last four digits of the card.
• License activations. When you activate a license we store the license key, the server it is bound to, and the activation date, so we can verify ownership and help with transfers.
• Support communications. If you email us or open a support thread in Discord, we keep the conversation so we can follow up and improve the scripts.
• Technical data. Our hosting provider records standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) for security and debugging. We do not run third-party advertising or cross-site tracking.

How we use information

• To deliver purchases: issuing license keys, providing downloads, and keeping your order history available.
• To provide support and respond to questions.
• To send transactional email such as receipts and important update notices for scripts you own. We do not send marketing email without separate consent.
• To prevent fraud and abuse, including verifying license activations and investigating chargebacks.
• To keep the service working: debugging, security monitoring, and capacity planning.

Where the GDPR or similar laws apply, we rely on the following legal bases: performance of a contract (delivering what you bought), legitimate interests (security, fraud prevention, improving the service), and consent (any optional communications).

Cookies and local storage

We use a small number of first-party mechanisms: a session cookie to keep you signed in, and your browser’s local storage to remember your shopping cart between visits. Cart contents stay on your device until you check out. We do not use advertising cookies.

Who we share information with

We share information only with the service providers that make the store work, and only what they need to do their job:

• Stripe: payment processing and fraud prevention (see Stripe’s privacy policy).
• Vercel: website hosting and server logs.
• Discord: if you join our support server or link your Discord account, your activity there is governed by Discord’s own policies.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect the rights and safety of Solyn, our customers, or others. We never sell or rent personal information.

Data retention

Order and license records are kept for as long as we operate the store, because they prove ownership of your licenses and are needed for tax and accounting. Support conversations are kept for up to two years. Server logs rotate automatically within a few weeks. If you delete your account we remove or anonymize personal information that we are not legally required to keep.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, to object to certain processing, and to complain to a data-protection authority. To exercise any of these, email support@solyn.dev from the address on your account and we will respond within 30 days.

Security

Traffic to the site is encrypted with TLS, credentials are stored hashed, and access to customer data is limited to the people who operate the store. No system is perfectly secure, so if we learn of a breach affecting your data, we will notify you as required by law.

Children

The store is not directed at children under 13 (or the higher age your country requires), and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

International transfers

Our providers may process data in countries other than yours, including the United States. Where required, transfers are protected by standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards offered by those providers.

Changes to this policy

If we make material changes we will update the effective date above and, for significant changes, notify account holders by email. Minor clarifications may be posted without notice.
