Refund policy
Effective July 2, 2026
All sales are final
Every product we sell is a digital good: source code delivered to your account the moment payment settles. Unlike a physical product, code cannot be “returned”: once delivered, it cannot be taken back off your machine. For that reason, all purchases are final and non-refundable, including cases of accidental purchase of the wrong script, incompatibility with third-party resources we do not list as supported, or simply changing your mind.
By completing checkout you expressly consent to immediate delivery of the digital content and acknowledge that, where you would otherwise have a statutory withdrawal or cooling-off right (for example under EU or UK consumer law), that right is lost once delivery begins.
Exceptions we honor
We will refund a purchase in these situations:
- Duplicate purchase. You were charged twice for the same script on the same account, or bought a script your account already owned.
- Payment error. A technical fault charged you an incorrect amount.
- Non-delivery. Payment settled but no license key or download was issued to your account, and we cannot fix delivery within 72 hours of you reporting it.
- Broken as advertised. A core advertised feature does not work on a supported framework listed on the product page, and we cannot provide a fix within a reasonable time after you report it with enough detail to reproduce.
Requests under these exceptions must be made within 14 days of the purchase.
How to request one
Email support@solyn.dev (or open a billing thread in the Discord) with your order number, the script name, and a description of the problem. For technical issues, include your framework and any console errors. We respond to refund requests within a few business days.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are issued through Stripe to the original payment method. Banks typically post them within 5–10 business days. When a purchase is refunded, its license key is revoked and the script must be removed from your server.
Chargebacks
If a charge looks wrong, contact us before disputing it with your bank, since genuine problems are fixed faster that way. Chargebacks filed on delivered purchases without contacting us first are treated as a breach of the terms of service: the associated licenses are revoked and the account may be suspended while the dispute is open.
Questions
Not sure whether your situation qualifies? Just ask first, at support@solyn.dev. We would rather answer a question than argue a dispute.
